The Township is dedicating this page to the 3 Point Garden Estates Minor Subdivision in Smithfield Township, Monroe County, PA. The 3 Point Garden Estates Minor Subdivision property is owned by LTS Homes LLC, and proposes a minor subdivision on a 11.15-acre parcel (Parcel 16.92443) located off 3 Point Garden Road. The proposed minor subdivision creates four new residential lots. The previous submittal, for a seven residential lot major subdivision, is no longer active.

The Board of Supervisors granted conditional approval of the 3 Point Garden Estates Minor Subdivision at its Regular Business Meeting on May 27, 2026.
