The Township is dedicating this page to the conditional use application submitted by Healthy Minds Partners, LLC. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the conditional use proceedings. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a hearing, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.

The Healthy Minds Treatment Center proposes a new building and parking lot on a 31.70-acre parcel, Parcel 16.9.1.22. The parcel is adjacent to Totts Gap Rd. The project proposes a private, sub-acute and freestanding inpatient behavioral health rehabilitation center with a proposed capacity of sixty beds.

All public hearings or meetings are streamed via YouTube and are accessible via Zoom. In-person attendance is also welcome.
