Shawnee Stage I, LLC withdrew its application for the proposed Tentative Amendment to the Shawnee Valley Planned Residential Development via letter on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. In doing so, Shawnee Stage I, LLC indicated its desire to instead proceed with their original 2005 approvals. It submitted the below documents for their Subdivision and Land Development Plan.

As per the Township note from January 19, 2022, the Township is dedicating this page to this project. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the current proceedings. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a hearing, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals.
