Shawnee Valley PRD (SVPRD)

Shawnee Stage I, LLC withdrew its application for the proposed Tentative Amendment to the Shawnee Valley Planned Residential Development via letter on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. In doing so, Shawnee Stage I, LLC indicated its desire to instead proceed with their original 2005 approvals. It submitted the below documents for their Subdivision and Land Development Plan. Per a recent decision from the Court, SVPRD is permitted to develop the 2005 or the 2007 plan.
