The Township is dedicating this page to the Shukaitis Estate Minor Subdivision. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized by this project. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a meeting, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.

The applicant is proposing a minor subdivision of a 17.6 acre Parcel (Tax ID# 16.7.2.23-1) with two existing dwellings, a barn, and several outbuildings.

This project was approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 26, 2025.
