Smithfield Township acknowledges and affirms their responsibility under the Seconds Class Township Code to secure the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the Township. The Township has adopted a proactive approach to ordinance development and updates, and seeks to promote open and interactive changes to Township policies, ordinances, and amenities to increase the resiliency of the Township.
