The Township is dedicating this page to the consideration of a transient business ordinance update to encourage community input and feedback. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the light/nuisance ordinance discussions.

This draft ordinance proposes updates to Chapter 13 of the Township Code, which creates an application process for a transient business and updates regulations regarding them.
