The Township is dedicating this page to the petition to rezone an 88.91-acre parcel of land from R-C (Residential Conservation) to ED (Economic Development) along with an accompanying Zoning Map change. The parcel in question is located on Twin Falls Road, adjoins existing parcel(s) already situated in the ED Zoning District and adjoins Mt. Nebo Park. The parcel is owned by Sean Riley and Will Niedzwiecki with Tax Parcel ID No. 16.2.3.15 and PIN # 16-7322-00-54-1535. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the current proceedings. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a hearing, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.
