Thank you to everyone who attended the Board of Supervisors' meeting on June 26, 2024. The Board voted to approve the zoning change request, so the parcels in question will now be in the Industrial (M-1) district.

The Township is dedicating this page to the petition to rezone a 4.2-acre vacant parcel of land from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to M-1 (Industrial) along with an accompanying Zoning Map change. The parcel in question is located on Airport Road (across from the former Pocono-Stroudsburg Airport). The parcel is owned by the Pocono-Stroudsburg Airport, Inc. with Tax Parcel ID No. 16.7.1.4 and PIN # 16-7312-00-58-4566. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the current proceedings. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a hearing, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.
