The Township is dedicating this page to the land development plan (LDP) application submitted by Water Gap Acquisitions Partners. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the LDP application proceedings. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.

The Water Gap Acquisitions Partners LDP proposes a new 60' x 83' building on a 105.71-acre parcel, Parcel 16.9.1.26. The parcel is contiguous to Wolf Hollow Drive, Shepard Court, and Mountain Road.

All public hearings or meetings are streamed via YouTube and are accessible via Zoom. In-person attendance is also welcome.
