The Township is dedicating this page to the land development plan (LDP) submitted by Northeast Pennsylvania SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the LDP proceedings. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a hearing, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.

The Verizon Wireless/Magick Cauldron Land Development Plan proposes development on a 5.24-acre parcel, Parcel 16.7.1.35. The parcel is adjacent to Airport Rd. The project proposes a fenced telecommunications area, 95-foot tall monopole, parking space, and access road on the southern portion of the property.

All public hearings or meetings are streamed via YouTube and are accessible via Zoom. In-person attendance is also welcome.
