The Township is dedicating this page to the conditional use application submitted by Shawnee Holding, Inc. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized in the conditional use proceedings. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a hearing, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.
The Shawnee Holding Inc conditional use proposes a change of use on 133 Worthington Ave (Parcel 16.4.1.45) to add this parcel to Shawnee Inn.
All public hearings or meetings are streamed via YouTube and are accessible via Zoom. In-person attendance is also welcome.
The Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, May 9th at 7PM to consider the conditional use hearing.
