The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (PMVB) is seeking volunteers for its next region-wide litter pick-up day on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (rain or shine). The bi-annual event is just one component of the PMVB’s overall “Pick Up the Poconos” campaign, which has resulted in nearly 34,000 bags of trash picked up.
Volunteer forms may be filled out at PickUpthePoconos.com and the deadline to register is Tuesday, September 12th at 5:00 p.m.
