The Township has created this page for the RJ Residential, LLC Auto Service Facility sketch plan submission in Smithfield Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The applicant submitted the project for formal sketch plan review on August 20, 2026. A sketch plan provides an opportunity for preliminary review and discussion; it does not constitute approval of a land development plan. The submission identifies anticipated zoning relief, conditional-use approval, and waivers that may be required if the project proceeds.
