The three-member Board of Auditors holds a regular meeting yearly. Their main responsibility at the annual meeting is setting compensation and mileage rates for elected Supervisors in their employee capacity. Riley & Co. is the Independent CPA firm appointed by the Board of Supervisors to conduct the annual audit.
