Applicants must have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, public administration, or related field and at least two years’ experience with QuickBooks or similar software. The Budget & Finance Manager is a bonded position responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, escrow management, and budget preparation, among other duties (see job description below.
